Richard Stehly's fly ash testimony in Congress


Richard Stehly testifed before Congress on July 22 about the EPAs proposal to regulate coal combustion residuals, including fly ash. As many of you know, he is principal of American Engineering Testing and also president of the American Concrete Institute.
