
Minnesota’s unemployment rate fell to 7.2 percent in April, down from a revised 7.3 percent in the previous month, according to figures released today by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).
Minnesota's seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate was 2.7 percent below the U.S. unemployment rate of 9.9 percent in April, the largest gap between the state and the nation on record.
