Braun Intertec expanding work in geothermal heating and cooling market

Finance & Commerce reports today that Braun Intertec just acquired VCMS GeoSolutions of Little Falls, Minn., so as to expand its work in geothermal heating and cooling. In particular, VCMS GeoSolutions design and test ground heat exchangers.

The company anticipates continued growth in the geothermal market; the systems can reduce energy consumption by 50 percent.
