Duke Realty: uptick in industrial deals

After a few sluggish years, commercial property owners are beginning to see some encouraging signals of recovery.

The local office of Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp., a real estate investment trust (REIT), reports that it has signed 466,333 square feet of new leases, renewals and expansions in its local industrial portfolio.
