Gravel Shortages in Northeast Minn. Could Increase Construction Costs

Taxpayers in certain Minnesota counties may soon be paying more for road construction. A shortage of gravel and high gas prices are increasing costs.

"As the sources are depleted the prices will have to rise, "said county engineer Doug Grindall as he talked about gravel.
