Mortenson sues over weak wind farm concrete

M.A. Mortenson is suing a New York concrete company and its insurer to shield itself against a $6 million loss on a wind farm project.

Golden Valley-based general contractor Mortenson said it has already spent more than $4.5 million to replace weak concrete poured by Nedrow, N.Y.-based Saunders Concrete Co., Inc.
