'Boom-ington:' New apartments ready to roll

Developers are close to starting construction on two large rental projects in suburban Bloomington, echoing the continuing apartment building boom in urban Minneapolis.

Bloomington-based StuartCo is just "weeks away" from starting construction on a 234-unit project called Genesee as part of the Penn & American redevelopment.
