Dominium's apartment realm keeps expanding

Plymouth-based Dominium, already a large apartment owner, manager and developer, is flexing its muscles these days. The company has plans for four major development projects with a combined estimated budget of $207 million that would add 714 new housing units to the Twin Cities.
