All MnDOT projects should see 'some activity' by end of week

Construction is resuming on state transportation projects that were put on hold during the 20-day government shutdown, including the $130 million Lafayette Bridge and the $125 million Highway 169/Interstate 494 interchange project.

“We expect some level of activity on all projects by the end of this week, with the majority of projects at full strength,” said Chris Joyce, public affairs supervisor for MnDOT.
