Idle work sites a no-no for Central Corridor LRT construction

Dan Soler has a message for contractors building the Central Corridor light rail transit line: If you excavate the street, prepare to start building immediately.

Soler, the Metropolitan Council's director of transit systems design and construction, is working through a list of misfires that occurred last year along the 10-mile construction route.
