Obama signs St. Croix bridge bill, MnDOT forms special project office

Minnesota Department of Transportation engineer Jon Chiglo is used to taking on big projects. He's about to tackle another one, now that President Barack Obama has signed a bill that will allow the St. Croix River Crossing project to move forward.

Chiglo, who oversaw construction of the $234 million Interstate 35W bridge replacement in 2007 and 2008, will lead a newly formed St. Croix Crossing project office.
