Transportation bill would bring $1.4 billion to Minnesota

The U.S. Senate took Congress’ first steps toward overcoming one of the biggest policy hurdles this session on Thursday: passing a surface transportation bill, one that could provide upwards of $1.4 billion to Minnesota over the next two years.
