Dayton vetoes tax-cut bill

As expected, Gov. Mark Dayton vetoed a Republican tax-cut bill just hours after it landed on his desk. The bill would have cut a variety of taxes, mostly for businesses, by nearly $200 million over the next three years, but Dayton said the measure didn't "pay for" the tax breaks with offsetting budget cuts or replacement revenue.
