Commissioner Zelle shares vision for MnDOT

Commissioner Zelle of the Minnesota Department of Transportation shares his vision for the agency and transportation in the state in the most recent e-newsletter of the Center for Transportation Studies.

Among the things he envisions: "We need to ensure that people understand what we do and why we do it, and not hide under a veil of complication."
