More costly "decorative" concrete deteriorates faster, MnDOT study finds

That colorful concrete that's been used to dress up many streets in Minnesota won't be so pretty in the next few years. It turns out colored concrete crosswalks, sidewalks and medians - which cities are paying more money for - are deteriorating faster than plain gray concrete.
