An increase in multi-family housing worth noting

According to an Associated Press report on the MSNBC Web site, construction of new homes increased 10.5 percent in August from a month earlier. Applications for building permits grew as well, mostly for apartment and condominium construction. Finally, housing starts jumped 25 percent over the lowest point in April of 2009.
