Builders: New law could result in $45M of construction

Gov. Mark Dayton has signed a bill that Twin Cities homebuilders and remodelers say could result in $45 million worth of residential construction projects.

The bill addressed a Minnesota Supreme Court decision last year that builders said severely limited the ability of cities to grant variances.
